Dr. Chang’s research interests center on biomarker discovery and the application of bioinformatic data science methodologies for multi-omics data analysis. Specifically, she is passionate about leveraging advanced computational techniques to uncover novel biomarkers and translate omics data into actionable insights for improved diagnostics, therapeutics, and personalized medicine.

Dr. Chang also interested in training and educational outreach, particularly in the field of biomedical research. She has been involved in developing and conducting bioinformatics training courses with the aim of sharing knowledge and promoting understanding in this area. Recognizing the paramount importance of interdisciplinary collaboration in scientific breakthroughs, she actively seeks multidisciplinary collaborations to drive innovation and discovery.

With a solid foundation in statistics and a profound understanding of diverse biological data types, Dr. Chang brings extensive experience in bioinformatics, computational biology, and high-performance computing to research projects. Dr. Chang’s goal is to advance biomedical research by harnessing the computational power of bioinformatics in biological studies, specifically in the field of Alzheimer’s disease research.
