Kieran Mackin

Kieran Mackin has been working with the NKI team for over 5 years. He is dedicated to developing and implementing enrichment plans for non-human primates, ensuring that they are mentally stimulated and well-cared for. Kieran also plays a key role in refining husbandry conditions, training research animals for participation in various studies, and assisting with experimental procedures.

In addition to these responsibilities, Kieran diligently monitors the health and well-being of NKI’s primate colony. His commitment to the welfare of the animals is evident in every aspect of his work, and he is passionate about supporting the innovative research conducted by NKI’s Translational Neuroscience Laboratories.
